Our production units
Established in the Mediterranean and Atlantic regions, respectively in the region of Tanger Med and Casablanca, the production units of Arômes & Co include two sites.
With a production capacity of 15 tons per day, i.e. about 5000 tons per year. Our automated production tool allows us to offer a wide range of packaging solutions adapted to all our customers’ requirements.
We have a suitable and efficient industrial tool!
Our industrial tool is entirely driven by integrated GPAO / Metler Toledo (Computer assisted Production Management) , which allows the implementation of reliable and secure manufacturing processes.
We are very attentive to the continuous modernization and securing of industrial, manufacturing and packaging equipment.
With the competence and expertise of our developers and aromaticians, the implementation of reliable and secure manufacturing processes and our quality policy, as well as rigorous security, we have the necessary dimension to meet our customers’ expectations: adaptability, responsiveness and quality.
The first industrial unit
The first industrial unit in Africa, located in northern Morocco, a few kilometers from the port of Tanger Med, represents a major geographical and strategic advantage for the supply of raw materials from Europe.
The 2nd industrial unit, located in Bouskoura
(industrial zone of Casablanca), represents a major technological advantage in terms of applications and innovation with pilot units by food chain (dairy derivatives, desserts and ice creams, juices and drinks, savory and meat).
This unit is currently being referenced FSSC 22,000 / IFS, deliverable by the end of 2016.
